Sustainability, self-sufficiency and style: Gunther Constructions presents the ultimate in sustainable construction technology and design concepts in our  newest thermal, water and energy efficient ‘all electric’ luxury apartments.

Powered by renewable resources, the building is 100% fossil fuel free with a 7.5 NatHERS Rating average. Construction will use local and recyclable materials to reduce the building’s embodied energy and lifecycle emissions. Choosing Green Star concrete will also save an estimated 40,000kg of CO2 from being produced.

The building includes rooftop solar harvesting as well as a 10,000 litre storage capacity for recycled water for gardens and balconies. Recycling facilities within the complex provide healthy efficient waste management.

Each of these five luxury apartments also includes Gaggenau induction cooking and advanced heat pump technology to heat the shower and tap water.

Located in a walkable green neighbourhood with easy access to public transport, naturally the building provides electric car charging and bike racks.

‘Carpenter 16’ is another demonstration of Gunther Constructions’ continuing commitment to reduce impact on the environment and deliver carbon-neutral buildings.
