Director
Ben Gunther (Bachelor of Environments and Master of Property, University of Melbourne) is a Director of Gunther Constructions and plays a leading role in the strategic direction and delivery of the business. A Registered Builder with more than a decade of experience, Ben combines expertise in construction, property and sustainable building practices to oversee projects from concept through to completion.
Working closely with clients, consultants and the construction team, he leads the delivery of each project with a strong focus on quality, innovation and attention to detail. Ben is committed to upholding the company's reputation for exceptional craftsmanship while driving its continued growth and evolution.
Director
Jake Gunther founded Gunther Constructions in 1976 and has built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional homes and developments across Melbourne's Bayside suburbs. A Registered Builder and long time Brighton resident, Jake brings decades of local knowledge, construction expertise and industry insight to every project.
Working alongside Ben, Jake continues to play an integral role in the business, providing strategic guidance, technical expertise and an unwavering commitment to quality. His leadership and dedication to excellence have shaped the values and reputation of Gunther Constructions for over 40 years, creating a legacy of craftsmanship, integrity and enduring client relationships.
Site Manager
Josh has been an integral member of the construction team for almost a decade. His unwavering commitment to quality, exceptional attention to detail, and genuine passion for craftsmanship play a vital role in upholding the standard that define every Gunther Constructions project. Dependable, approachable and highly skilled, Josh brings professionalism and pride to every stage of the build.
With extensive experience delivering bespoke homes and luxury renovations, Josh understands that exceptional construction lies in the finer details. His meticulous approach, collaborative nature and commitment to achieving the highest level of finish ensure every project is delivered with the care, precision and quality our clients have come to expect.
