About Gunther Constructions

Our mission statement is ‘Excellence in every detail’ and for more than four decades, we have been acknowledged as one of the most highly regarded developers of superior residences in the Brighton area. Accredited builder Jake Gunther founded the organisation in 1976 and has been a Brighton resident for more than thirty years, so he has invaluable local knowledge and professional insight.

Jake leads a team of expert, highly qualified, inspired and skilled tradespeople who are also committed to the mission of ‘excellence in every detail’.

Gunther Constructions is passionate about environmental responsibility. With invaluable input from Ben Gunther (Bachelor of Environments and Master of Property from Melbourne University), you can be certain that a building by Gunther Constructions will not just be environmentally conscious but will be leading the market in sustainability.

As Director, Jake is committed to and involved in the entire project from inception through the design process and the construction period to absolute completion.
